ANNA QUAN offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact.

Download & Attach Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off & Track

Drop your package at the designated courier location; your refund or credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
